Refund Policy

At Post Pro Sound, your satisfaction is our top priority.  If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with our service or results, we will attempt to make any necessary tweaks and adjustments at no additional cost.  We believe in delivering the best possible outcome for your project and are committed to fulfilling your needs to the best of our ability.  

 

Scenario(s) for a FULL refund:

  • You ordered and paid for a service, but the job(s) cannot be completed in a timely manner due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (illness, technical problems, natural disaster, etc.).  In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • You ordered and paid for a service, but then decide not to move forward for any reason and contact us within 24 hours of your payment being sent to us.  In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Scenario(s) for a PARTIAL refund:

  • You ordered and paid for a service, but then decide not to move forward for any reason and contact us between 24-48 hours of your payment being sent to us.  In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued.
